I really enjoy doing the bench press. It has been my favorite exercise from the beginning until today. It is the most basic exercise in my workout routine. And it is not the only exercise in my workouts at the moment. I am currently preparing for my first competition. Ideal Dianabol dosing times exactly before the competition process. Now the training process has become much easier and not only my coach, but also I can see the result.

Ok, I found the correct name and it's "incline lever chest press", it pumps your chest like crazy and seems much more stable than dumbbell chest press. I've also learned to love arm flexions with a barbell, training your biceps if you have long arms is annoying, but I can do multiple sets with this exercise without suffering.
